Nick is an accomplished Senior Executive and Legal Professional with more than 25 years of success spanning financial services, investments, banking, and fintech. His broad areas of expertise include corporate governance, regulatory compliance, litigation, asset and investment management, business development, strategy, and securities law.
Throughout his executive career, he has held leadership positions with Van Kampen Investments, M1 Holdings, Destra Capital Management, Claymore Group, and Nuveen Investments.
Nick holds a JD from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s in Economics & Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mike is an accomplished Senior Executive with more than 25 years in business development, relationship management, sales and marketing, and futures and equity trading.
Throughout his executive career, he has held positions with US Bank Global Fund Services, Zacks Investment Management, Claymore ETFs [now part of Invesco], Jane Street Capital, and as an independent futures trader on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and Chicago Board of Trade. He also serves as Chairman and Trustee of ETF Series Solutions, a 1940 Act ETF trust.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Illinois State University.

Dom acts as the primary investment professional at Sound Capital Solutions offering industry expertise within investment strategy, portfolio construction, and ETF operations. As a founding member, he has worked across business departments to head and support business development efforts.
Entering the financial services industry at Nuveen Investments offered an introduction and experience in investment sales working with Private Wealth Advisory and RIA practices. His team’s approach to portfolio construction focused on risk analysis resulting in timely allocation solutions.
Dom is a CFA Charterholder, former CFA Society of Chicago Educational Advisory Group committee member, CAIA Charterholder, and graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Emmett began his career as an auditor with Deloitte primarily serving in Chicago’s insurance industry but also within the fintech, retail and construction spaces. He has since been working at Sound helping to launch and advise various financial products. His specific areas of expertise include financial reporting, accounting & financial modeling.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in both Finance & Accounting from Indiana University, is a licensed CPA in the State of Illinois, and FINRA licensed Financial and Operations Principal.

Mark’s broad areas of expertise include marketing, distribution, regulatory compliance, asset and investment management, business development and strategy.
Throughout his executive career, he has held leadership positions with Janus Henderson Investors U.S., American Express Financial Advisors, Nuveen Investments, and Van Kampen Investments.
